22-YEAR-old Hucknall kick-boxer Ricky Gammon has been crowned European champion at a King Of The Ring event in Nottingham.

He had Skerritt on the canvas before the referee called a halt to the bout after only 30 seconds of the round, he outclassed his opponent from start to finish and landed a series of well-timed powerful punches.
Gammon, who has only been kickboxing for just over a year, is now the holder of both the European belt and the British belt.Ricky has been using NRGFUEL’s unique and fastest selling product T.T.P for the last 6 months and he believes that it is an essential part of his training regime.
